The European evolving security ecosystem is becoming less responsive to decision making processes and therefore necessitates innovative approaches to prevent and manage all aspects of violent forms of radicalization in civil society, including emerging ones. By implicating opinion leader in the value chain at all levels of the processes, and proposing participative, adaptive and human-centered standardized toolboxes, the SYMPACT research-based methodologies, and its associated technologies and evaluation framework, aim at reinforcing the legitimacy and impact of public governance policies answering these civil security challenges.
