”As digitalizing of socio-economic environments goes on, the evolving security ecosystem is becoming less responsive to hierarchy of status and top-down decision making processes, and demands a more meritocratic approach to prevent and manage violent forms of radicalisation, implicating non-violent opinion leader of civil society in the value chain at all levels. The SYMPACT methodologies, and associated technologies, reenforces the legitimity and impact of governmental policies, by offering an adaptive and human-centred standardized toolbox, contributing to identify and articulates the potential of community managers for non-violent expression, while increasing their cooperation with governemental bodies addressing civil security challenges.
